Water-based Rust Inhitior

RLT-P1020 Water-based rust inhibitor is a kind of high quality water soluble rust inhibitor. It is composed of long carbon chain polycarboxylic acid and organic amine. The product has good water solubility, transparent and clear water solution, and good rust resistance. It is suitable for the rust prevention between the black metal processes, semi-finished products and finished products during the process of mechanical manufacturing and maintenance. It is suitable for iron system materials such as cast iron, carbon steel, alloy steel, etc.

Application

1.It can be used as antirust additive in metalworking fluid.Application

2.It can be directly diluted and used as black metal antirust water.

USAGE

1.Recommended concentration: 3%-5%.

2.Operating temperature: normal temperature can be used, heating can improve the drying efficiency.

3.Attention: the original rust should be removed before the anti rust treatment,otherwise the anti rust effect will

be affected.

4.Post treatment: the antirust film is formed when the workpiece is dried or dried naturally.

5.After antirust treatment, rain or other liquid contamination should be prevented to avoid rust failure.
