Standard mixing operation: Fill the cooling tank with clean water first, start the circulation pump, then slowly add coolant concentrate to achieve even mixing without local concentration imbalance.

Daily & Periodic Maintenance Steps

Thoroughly clean the machine sump, internal pipelines and filter devices before filling new E-308 coolant to prevent cross-contamination with other old cutting fluids, which will damage fluid stability.Regularly test the pH value and concentration of working fluid; supplement neat concentrate or clean water timely to maintain the standard parameter range of pH 8.0–8.5.
