Usage Instructions

1. Dilution & Preparation

-Recommended initial concentration: 5% using municipal tap water (1:19 ratio of concentrate to water)

-For heavy-duty machining, increase concentration to 1:8-10 ratio

2. System Maintenance

-Thoroughly clean machine fluid tank before initial use to prevent contamination

-Regularly monitor PH level (recommended range: 8.0-8.5) and concentration; replenish concentrate or water as needed

-Filtration system recommended to extend service life and reduce impurity accumulation.
