About RLT‑FS101 – Low Oil Semi‑Finished Compound Lubricant

RLT‑FS101 is a low‑oil‑content, semi‑finished compound developed specifically for metal processing applications. By simply adding water, users can formulate a cost‑effective synthetic grinding and cutting fluid with excellent:

• Cooling & defoaming performance

• Lubricity & rust resistance

• Long fluid life and hard water adaptability

It is free from heavy metals, sodium nitrite, and phenols, making it environmentally friendly. The finished fluid is suitable for processing cast iron, alloy steel, carbon steel, aluminum, aluminum alloys, and more.

Easy concentrate preparation: 45–55% RLT‑FS101 + water → synthetic concentrate (then dilute to working fluid)

RP 610 is a low‑viscosity, high‑performance rust preventative additive package based on barium salt. It is soluble in both 

solvents and mineral oils, offering outstanding:

• Salt spray protection

• Water displacement & separation properties

• Thin, nearly colorless protective film

• Compatibility with various non‑ferrous metals

Recommended blending ratios:
