描述.jpg

RLT-9650 is a premium water-based Die Casting Release Agent engineered for aluminium, magnesium, and zinc high-pressure die casting applications. As the highest-dilution product in the RLT-9600 series, this stable aqueous emulsion is formulated for conventional spray, reduced spray, and low-volume micro-spraying systems, delivering exceptional cost efficiency without compromising casting quality.

The product is manufactured using computer-controlled fully automated emulsification and feeding production lines with electronic quantitative filling, ensuring batch-to-batch consistency. Every batch is produced with deionized secondary reverse osmosis purified water, resulting in uniform molecular diameter and exceptional resistance to carbon deposition.

With a recommended dilution ratio of 1:450–500 with tap water, RLT-9650 represents the industry's most economical release agent solution while maintaining superior performance across a wide range of casting applications.

Properties And Advantages

● Castings are well suitable for joining processes like welding and glueing

● Excellent paintability and powder coating ability of castings

● Tried and tested on conventional-, reduced-, as well as micro-spraying

● Good die release and good lubrication of ejector pins

● Effective  reduction  of  "metallization"  (metal-on-metal  welding) ,excellent  and shiny surfaces of castings

● High process reliability (stable emulsion, no separation, no stirring required) ,clean die frame and environment; no clogging of pipes and spray nozzles

Application

Suitable for a wide spectrum of castings, also for large structural and heavy parts. Die temperatures:from about 130 to 350 °C.

The ultimate or ideal dilution ratio for a particular casting is determined by: duration of spray, spray velocity, geometry and complexity of casting as well as the temperature of the tooling. On-site tests should therefore be carried out to establish the correct ratio for each particular application.

Recommended dilution ratios with tap water

RLT-9650 is available in several  concentrations, each of them will dissolve in water instantly. Prior to use,RLT-9650 must be diluted with water.Thereafter the diluted product should not be stirred in order to prevent foaming.Do not use air agitation. Immediately after use, the containers with the release agent concentrate must be closed tightly.

Why Choose RLT-9650?

1. The Ultimate Cost Leader for High-Volume Die Casting

With an industry-leading dilution ratio of 1:450–500, RLT-9650 delivers the lowest per-shot release agent cost in the RLT series. For foundries running 24/7 production, this translates into significant annual savings—often exceeding 10–15% compared to conventional products—without sacrificing casting quality.

2. Engineered for Stability at Extreme Dilution

Most release agents lose performance when pushed to high dilution. RLT-9650 is specifically formulated to remain perfectly stable even at 1:500—no separation, no sedimentation, and no loss of lubricity. This ensures consistent release performance shot after shot, even in fully automated, high-speed production lines.

3. Maximized Resource Efficiency – Less Water, Less Chemical

By using the highest possible dilution, you dramatically reduce water consumption, chemical waste, and wastewater treatment costs. RLT-9650 supports your sustainability goals while lowering your environmental footprint—a win for both your budget and the planet.

4. Optimized for Micro-Spraying and Ultra-Low-Volume Application

RLT-9650 excels in micro-spraying systems, where precise, minimal application is critical. Its uniform emulsion and fine particle size ensure complete coverage even at extremely low spray volumes, reducing overspray and keeping your die and work area cleaner than ever.

5. Uncompromised Casting Quality – Even at Maximum Dilution

Despite its high dilution, RLT-9650 delivers bright, shiny castings with excellent surface finish. Parts are free from stains, ready for painting, powder coating, welding, or gluing—no extra cleaning needed. The effective anti‑metallization property prevents metal‑on‑metal welding, protecting your tools and extending die life.

6. Proven Reliability Under Demanding Conditions

Tested and validated on conventional, reduced, and micro‑spraying systems, RLT-9650 performs flawlessly across die temperatures from 130°C to 350°C. Its non‑clogging formula keeps nozzles, pipes, and vents clear, reducing downtime and improving overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
