Soluble Oil Package

RLT-SO101P contains some special  lubricants, and provides excellent cooling and lubricity  properties for  light-to-medium duty applications on ferrous and non-ferrous  metals,resulting  in  extended  tool life  and  good surface finishes on  machined  parts.Compared to traditional soluble oil,it has been special formulated to provide enhanced rust protection, bacteria prevention, and greater emulsion stability.

RLT-SO101P has very low foaming tendency, which allows its use in high-speed applications. It exhibits good hard water stability, and can maintain stable with water hardness up to 300-500ppm. SO 101P performs good bio-stability. It is mild and non-irritating to skin. Manufacturers can add some EP additives in the formulation to improve overall performance.
