Emulsified Oil Package

RLT-230P is a emulsified soluble oil additive package based on paraffinic base oil. It is a high-performance additive formulated with premium rust inhibitors,emulsifiers,extreme pressure lubricants,and specialty amines.The resulting emulsified oil is specifically designed for machining ferrous metals,including die steel,high-carbon steel,45# steel,cast iron,and stainless steel.It delivers excellent rust resistance,stable emulsion properties,and superior cleaning performance.Optimized for use with 150SN and 150N base oil.

Physical and Chemical Properties

The following data are based on a 5% dilution (using tap water) of the emulsified oil prepared with 18% additive package with 82% base oil.

Recommended formula ratio 

17%-23% RLT-230P Emulsified Oil additive packages with 83%~77%150SN (or 150N) base oil.

Product Characteristics

• Excellent rust protection,anionic and non-ionic surfactant system;

• Good hard water stability;

• Low foaming property;

• Free from nitrites,phenols,chlorine,amine.

Storage

1.Store inside warehouse;

2.Store out of direct sunlight;

3.Avoid water collecting on barrel top.
