As a professional manufacturer of industrial MetalWorking Fluids, ROLITOM developed RLT-F50 Water Based Micro-Emulsion EP Cutting Fluid to solve diversified machining demands of light finishing and heavy rough cutting.

This micro-emulsion coolant adopts composite formulation of extreme pressure lubricants, multi-metal rust inhibitors, non-ferrous passivators and foam suppressors. It abandons all toxic hazardous raw materials including heavy metals, sodium nitrite and phenols, fully compliant with global environmental protection and factory occupational safety standards.

Balanced EP lubrication, instant cooling and long-lasting anti-corrosion are its core strengths. It can match standalone conventional machine tools as well as automated flexible production lines, covering all common cutting processes for cast iron, carbon steel, alloy steel, die steel, aluminum alloy and red copper.

For job shops, auto parts factories and precision component manufacturers, RLT-F50 reduces tool loss, cuts fluid replacement frequency and improves finished part surface quality, bringing tangible cost savings to daily mass production.

Why Choose Our RLT-F50 Micro-Emulsion EP Cutting Fluid?

  1. Dual EP Lubrication System Covers All Machining Loads Combined physical oil film and chemical extreme pressure lubrication delivers strong load-bearing capacity. It works stably for both delicate precision finishing and high-stress heavy rough machining of alloy steel, eliminating the trouble of switching different coolants for separate production processes.

  2. Integrated Anti-Rust & Anti-Corrosion Protection For All Metals It reaches Grade A cast iron rust resistance under GB/T 6144 standard: 24h single-piece rust-free and 8h laminated rust-free under 35℃, RH>95% high humidity environment. Meanwhile, it protects steel, red copper and LY12 aluminum against oxidation and discoloration in long-term immersion, realizing one fluid for all ferrous and non-ferrous materials.

  3. Excellent Biostability Extends Working Fluid Service Cycle Special microbial inhibiting formula restrains bacteria and mold growth inside the coolant tank. Compared with ordinary semi-synthetic cutting fluids, it requires far less frequent fluid draining and replacement, lowering waste liquid disposal and raw material consumption costs.

  4. Ultra-Low Foam Performance Avoids Production Interruption Passed GB/T 6144 defoaming test with foam height controlled below 2mL after 10 minutes static standing. Even under high-flow high-pressure circulation of CNC machining centers, foam overflow will not occur, keeping your workshop clean and continuous production running smoothly.

  5. Wide Hard Water Adaptability Without Extra Water Treatment No flocculation, precipitation or emulsion separation occurs when diluted with regular tap water. Factories without deionized water equipment can directly use tap water for mixing, saving investment in water softening equipment.

Standard Operation

  1. Pre-Machine Cleaning Before filling new coolant, thoroughly clean the liquid storage tank and all circulating pipelines to remove residual old fluid, oil sludge and microbial sediments. Cross-contamination will greatly shorten the service life of mixed working fluid.

  2. Correct Dilution Operation At normal room temperature, slowly pour RLT-F50 micro-emulsion concentrate into clean water while continuous stirring until forming uniform stable working fluid. Tap water and deionized water are both acceptable dilution water sources.

Packaging, Storage & Validity Period

Packaging Specification

Standard package: 200L plastic drum Customized packaging capacity can be arranged according to customer bulk order demands.

Storage & Handling Guidelines

  1. Store sealed concentrate in dry, ventilated indoor warehouse; avoid direct sunlight and low-temperature freezing environment

  2. Tightly seal barrel lid after partial use to prevent dust, sundries and other chemical pollutants from entering the liquid

  3. Separate storage with strong oxidizing chemicals to prevent formula failure and deterioration

Shelf Life

12 months under standard sealed indoor storage conditions.

FAQ

Q1: Can RLT-F50 handle heavy rough cutting of hard alloy steel?

A: Yes. Its composite extreme pressure additive provides strong bearing lubrication, perfectly matching heavy-duty rough machining of alloy steel, die steel and carbon steel.

Q2: Will this micro-emulsion coolant stain or oxidize aluminum and copper workpieces?

A: No. Special non-ferrous metal passivator is added in the formula. It passes 8h constant temperature corrosion test for LY12 aluminum and red copper without black spots or discoloration.

Q3: Does this product contain nitrite, heavy metals or phenolic hazardous substances?

A: Nitrite test result is undetected; the whole formula excludes heavy metals, sodium nitrite and phenols, complying with global factory environmental safety regulations.

Q4: Can I dilute this coolant directly with ordinary tap hard water?

A: It supports direct mixing with tap water of medium-high hardness without flocculation or sediment, no extra water softener needed.

Q5: How long can the diluted working fluid keep stable in daily production?

A: With efficient biological stabilizer, its service cycle is 2-3 times longer than ordinary semi-synthetic cutting fluid under routine daily maintenance.
