Water soluble semi synthetic cutting fluid F6-55

RLT-F6-55 is made of selected lubricating, extreme pressure and anti rust additives. It does not contain harmful substances such as heavy metals, sodium nitrite and phenols.

This product has excellent biological stability and strong anti foaming property. At the same time, it has excellent performance of lubrication, rust prevention and cooling. It is suitable for traditional machine tools and flexible machining systems.It can be used for turning, milling, drilling and grinding of aluminum alloy, cast iron, alloy steel, carbon steel, die steel and other materials.

Usage

1.After cleaning the container, add the semi synthetic cutting fluid concentrate into water at room temperature, and add it while stirring until a stable aqueous solution is formed. Deionized water or tap water can be used.

2.Recommended concentration: 5%-10%.
