RLT-P907 is a solvent-type hard film rust preventive oil independently developed by ROLITOM, blended with petroleum solvent and high-efficiency composite anti-rust additives. It targets all ferrous metal storage protection scenarios, delivering outstanding salt spray and damp heat resistance to block oxidation and corrosion of iron and steel workpieces.
Once coated on metal surfaces, the oil forms a uniform, firm hard protective film that isolates moisture, oxygen and corrosive dust in the air. It is widely adopted for long-term storage protection of finished machinery, precision machined components, stamping parts, cast iron blanks and other ferrous metal products.
Lab test data shows the product achieves over 480 hours of damp heat resistance on 45# steel substrates. Under standard indoor sealed dry storage environment, the anti-rust service life of treated workpieces can reach 2 to 3 years, greatly reducing repeated rework caused by rust spots.
It forms a complete hard film after natural air drying, with average dry film thickness controlled below 15μm. The thin film will not affect assembly tolerance of precision parts, and features excellent low-temperature adhesion without cracking or peeling under low-temperature storage.
RLT-P907 owns excellent water displacement capacity, which can remove residual water film on metal surfaces after cleaning to avoid hidden rust risks. It supports spraying construction, can form continuous and intact protective film without pinholes or missing coverage.
The finished oil maintains uniform single-phase state during long-term storage, no oil stratification or precipitate separation. No extra stirring is required before construction, which simplifies daily workshop operation procedures.

There are two mature construction processes for factory on-site operation, you can select according to workpiece size and production line layout:
Fully clean and dry metal workpieces to remove surface oil, water and metal debris
Completely immerse workpieces into RLT-P907 anti-rust oil for full infiltration
Take out the parts and place them in a ventilated area for natural air drying, then a solid anti-rust film will form automatically
Clean the workpiece surface thoroughly and keep dry
Use professional spraying equipment to evenly spray the oil liquid on all metal surfaces
Ensure no blind spots or missing spraying areas, leave to air dry naturally to form a complete protective film
We provide two standard packaging sizes to meet small-batch trial and mass production demand:
Large iron drum: 200L barrel, net weight 160kg
Small plastic barrel: 18L barrel, net weight 14kg
Customized packaging solutions can be negotiated for long-term cooperative manufacturers.
Strictly prohibit mixing this product with other lubricants, solvents or chemical agents; mixing will destroy the anti-rust formula and weaken rust prevention effect.
Prevent water, dust, metal scraps and other impurities from entering the oil liquid, which will damage film-forming quality and long-term stability.
The product has a flash point of 40℃, keep away from open fire, high-temperature heat sources and static electricity. Ensure full ventilation in production workshops during construction.
Wear protective gloves and masks for long-time operation to avoid persistent direct skin contact with anti-rust oil.
