High Performance Silicone Emulsion

RX105 is widely used for die casting release agent. It is superior to conventional silicone fluids when the finished parts are subsequently to be painted, printed, coated or bonded. An outstanding release effect is even obtained when extremely small amounts of the release agent are used. The result is an easy, accurate reproduction of every surface detail of the molded article. RX105 exhibits excellent film forming properties.

RX105 is suitable for the production of release agents with high temperature resistance 220-380°C. After the workpiece is demoulded, the machine has less carbon deposit.
