RLT-RX105 is a top-tier modified silicone base fluid upgraded from RX104 series, formulated with extreme pressure additives and ester components to deliver ultra-stable long-term storage performance. The raw material presents milky white to light blue liquid state, with anti-delamination storage life exceeding 3 years under sealed normal temperature conditions.
This silicone emulsion is specially developed as core raw material for high-temperature Die Casting Release Agents. Compared with ordinary silicone oil products, it creates an ultra-thin uniform isolating film on mold surfaces, achieving perfect demolding effect with minimal dosage input. The excellent film-forming capacity can fully restore fine surface textures of complex cast parts without blurring details, greatly improving finished product yield.
