RX104 is a high-quality modified silicone oil with 50% solid content, offering excellent stability and performance.the color is milk white and light blue, it can be stored for longer than 2 years without layering.
RX104 is widely used for die casting release agent. It is superior to conventional silicone fluids when the finished parts are subsequently to be painted, printed, coated or bonded. An outstanding release effect is even obtained when extremely small amounts of the release agent are used. The result is an easy, accurate reproduction of every surface detail of the molded article. RX104 exhibits excellent film forming properties.
RX104 is suitable for the production of release agents with temperature resistance 220-350°C.
