RLT-RX103 is a medium viscosity modified silicone base fluid engineered with composite molecular structure, combining the lubricating merits of silicone oil and mineral oil at the same time. It acts as cost-effective core raw material for manufacturing industrial Die Casting Release Agents.
This silicone base delivers ultra-thin uniform isolating film on mold surfaces even with tiny addition volume, realizing smooth demolding without sticking defects. Its premium film-forming capability can fully restore delicate textures on heavy, complex cast components, lowering finished product reject rate for casting workshops.
Different from ordinary single silicone oil, RX103 leaves no interfering residue on workpiece surfaces, so castings can directly undergo painting, printing, coating and electroplating post-treatment without adhesion failure. Its stable working temperature range covers 200°C to 320°C, generating no white smoke or solid buildup on molds during continuous medium-temperature casting production.
