RX103 is a medium-viscosity modified silicone fluid that uniquely combines the high-temperature performance of silicones with the lubricity of mineral oils.Specially formulated for die casting operations, it delivers exceptional mold release performance while maintaining compatibility with post-casting surface treatments.
RX103 is widely used for die casting release agent. It is superior to conventional silicone fluids when the finished parts are subsequently to be painted, printed, coated or bonded. An outstanding release effect is even obtained when extremely small amounts of the release agent are used. The result is an easy, accurate reproduction of every surface detail of the molded article. RX103 exhibits excellent film forming properties.
RX103 is suitable for the production of release agents with temperature resistance 200-320°C.
