RLT-P141 is an eco-friendly water soluble corrosion inhibitor compounded with long-chain polycarboxylic acid and organic amine. It contains no phosphorus, boron or nitrite, fully miscible with water to form clear diluted solution. Designed for carbon steel, cast iron and alloy steel, it provides reliable temporary anti-rust protection during machining and equipment maintenance.

  • Temperature: Room temperature available; mild heating speeds drying, boiling prohibited

  • Treatment method

  •   (1): Immerse parts for 2–5 mins

      (2): Full surface spray for at least 2 mins

  • Pre-treatment: Remove all rust, oil and scale before anti-rust operation

  • Post-treatment: Air dry or low bake to form compact passive film

  • Storage rule: Keep treated parts away from sewage and rainwater
