Water based Synthetic Grinding Coolant

SW-5000 is a water based synthetic Coolant for roll grinding.It exhibits excellent properties of tramp oil rejection, corrosion inhibition, and swarf settling.

SW-5000 does not contain mineral oil, or any sulfur, chlorine and phosphorus additives.

SW-5000 is a liquid with light color and low odor. It is transparent when diluted with water. A distinguishing characteristic of this product is that it runs extremely clean with minimum foam, without any anti-foam additives.

SW-5000 is suitable for grinding conditions such as slow feed abrasive machining, shaving grinding and general grinding working.

Usage

1. Must clean up the system before Use

2. Dilute by water from 1:15 to 1:40

3. Use deionized water to dilute would be better.

Application

SW-5000 can be used on cast iron, nodular iron, and carbon steels. It is designed for light to medium duty grinding operations.
